GIT Florida Title Services (GFT), a subsidiary of Greater Illinois Title Company (GIT), Illinois’ largest title insurance agency, announced that Erika Cabrales of Bradenton has joined the company as an Escrow Closing Officer. Ms.Cabrales has fifteen years of experience as an escrow closer handling residential conventional, FHA, VA and reverse mortgage loans. Erika is bilingual in Spanish and will be based in the GIT Florida Title Sarasota office located at 2033 Main Street in downtown Sarasota.

In a related announcement, Ariana Gillooly of Sarasota has also joined GFT as a Closing Assistant. Arianna received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications from Florida Gulf Coast University and will be responsible for
closing services, processing files and assisting in business development.
