Raised in Sarasota, Florida Julianna Curcio was introduced to real estate through her mother who was a Realtor®. Throughout the years, Julianna has developed a passion for the real estate market and loves helping people.
Julianna works at GIT Florida Title Services as an Office Supervisor and Escrow Officer. Julianna works closely with clients, lenders, and realtors to ensure a smooth closing transaction and is also a member of the Realtors® Association of Sarasota and Manatee.
Julianna graduated from Florida Southern College and in her spare time enjoys going to the dog park with her two Cavapoo puppies and spending time with her friends/and or family.
